Bonded Lightning Protection today announced the opening of a hyper-local, regional office in Tallahassee, Florida. The new office is the company’s third in the state, affording Bonded Lightning statewide coverage. Joining its Jupiter, Florida headquarters and Tampa, Florida offices, the Tallahassee office, located at 1505 Capital Circle NW, Unit B, allows the company to better serve commercial and residential clients in the Northern Florida corridor and Southern Georgia.

“It’s about accessibility,” Bonded Lightning President Patrick Dillon commented. “Our regional locations make it easier for residential and commercial owners to access certified, professional lightning and surge protection specialists in their region”.

Florida leads nation for 2017 lightning fatalities, accounting for four of the nine deaths reported to date. In 2016, Florida led the nation with nine total deaths and 10,385 lightning-related insurance claims. A properly designed and installed lightning protection system minimizes the threat lightning brings to residential, commercial and industrial structures by diverting lightning’s destructive power safely into the ground.
